I have taken Prepaid 3G Sim 20/12/11, they have given the Sim & confirmed it is 3G. But after activation when i asked for 3G internet connection they this SIM is already came with Free 200mb 2G GPRS connectivity & you should visit us again after 1 week to get the 3G internet activation. Again after 1 week visited & asked to activate 3G internet connection. They asked me to get it recharged with Rs.98/- & they will do the settings. Recharged with Rs.100/- & asked them to do the settings. But now they are telling it is activated with 2G GPRS & visit after 1 month to get 3G internet activation. When i called customer care they will not respond & simply they disconnect the call. Please help us in getting my problem solved.
