I have purchased this 3G smartphone model no A87 from kunal communication gorakhpur on 14 feb. But right from the start its 3g FEATURE NEVER worked.After numerous visit to the service center on 31 august they sent this set to company for repair.after mailing to the company they gave me complaint no MMX0409139333. bUT ALWAYS ON CONTACTING they ask for 10 more days for repair.the same case is was today also. The set IMEI NO is 911234853789074.

I want a completely new set from this company plus Rs 5000 for the mental and economical harrasment I have faced for numerous visit to the service centre and contacting the erring customer care individuals.
