I have Airtel Broadband Connection and I am fed up of their Poor Service. It gets disconnected so frequently. I complained to the customer care and its of little help. Now they have outsourced the last mile maintenance and those engineers have no idea on hot to toroubleshoot a broadband line.
I had an argument with the customer care and their first and most famous reply is – “Everything is Working Fine”. I then asked them to look at how many DHCP requests have gone from my number they wouldn’t understand. The number of such requests tells you how many times the connection was reset / disconnected.
I am attaching a file pulled from my Airtel View Unbilled Usage and you can see 54 times my line was disconnected in one day – June-22nd.
Will Mr. Sunil Bharti mittal wake up or continue to make empty promises or improve your service ? I recommend you to strongly opt for BSNL Broadband.
