Partiality on shifting charges

I had shifted my home on 04-10-09 and I gave shifting request letter to Chennai Broadway Airtel office on 05-10-09. I visited back to Broadway Airtel office on 07-10-2009 to check the status of my connection but still my request has not been entered. Fault in line since 23rd July 09

The broadband wire is cut from center and thus internet is not working properly, i made 5 complaints and talked to their officials in our area………but all in vain………I approached them for reducing the bill amount in my bill for the period when internet is not working but they did not listen…….now the line is temporarily disconnected……….My number is 0120-2320874.
