This is the worst service I have ever seen.
Airtel has stopped my mobile service on Friday 7Aug 09. When asked to Customer Care, reason was “Document not submitted”.
I was a Aitrtel customer from Last 4 years. 9 Months before I have switched from prepaid to Postpaid service (my biggest mistake). That time also I had submitted the document again.
Now immediately they have stopped the service without any warning/Communication. I have again submitted the document on Friday 7Aug 09 in Airtel Kahamla gallery in Nagpur. They processed (scaned and submitted) my documents on same day. Customer care are guyes saying they have not received documents.
And still it’s giving the message “SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED”
Uptil now I have submitted documents thrice.
