Harrassment for undue payments

Dear Sir,
Vide your statement dated 14-03-2009 ,I was asked to deposit Rs.5000.00 as MMR money saver fee + 618.00 service charges for the same against my credit card. This service was provided to me without my consent and this was told to your executive on dt.17-03-09 at 1800112224 and I was promised to look into the matter and was given Ref. no. as 09031701877.
In the next statement dated 14-04-2009, the same was not corrected and a late fee was further imposed on me. I again dialed the same number on 18-04-2009 and your executive Ms. Sujan promised to withdraw offer and the late fee. Again a request no.189647558 was given to me.
In the next statement dt.14-05-09, the Fee was reversed without removing the late fee and the other charges thereon and in the next statement
dt.14-06-2009,futher late fee was imposed on the earlier late fee and other charges for the purchases that I never made and what were withdrawn by your Bank in the previous statements again dialed 1800-11-2224 on 23-06-09 and your executive promised to send the next statement of July month with the zero balance and gave me reference no. as 090623002284.
The same has not been effected by your Bank till date and I am being sent the incorrect Statements demanding the amount which is not payable by me.
I am being called by your collectors to deposit the amount immediately otherwise they will take legal action against me.
Now I am receiving SMS from AD-ABN AMRO that if I don’t deposit the amount, my name shall be sent to CIBIL.
I request you to stop harassing me further and send me a zero balance statement as nothing is payable by me. If any of your local Bank branch initiates anything which is undue to me, I shall be forced to contact RBI and other Consumer Forums with my complaints.
