BSNL has ‘Without’ my request put a HORRIBLE caller tune for my mobile number +91-9457364700 and they deducted Rs. 30/- towards that caller tune.
i am not only who is facing this problem. My friends who are using BSNL mobile number have also face random allotment of stupid caller tunes.and when i talk on customer care number they said this service is activated by me…..but i don’t activate any service.

I think BSNL is cheat with us…by activating such kind of services.
and when i want to post my complain …i fill all the entries but when i press save button then it shows that “The requested page could not be found.”

should i switch from BSNL services…….plz reply on this matter.
