This is to bring to your knowledge, that i am availing the services of Airtel on my mobile bearing no. 9871855761.For the last one month i am facing problem of deduction of amount from my mobile. I inquired on around 10th November to know the reason of amount deduction.No responses were taken from the Customer Services by that time .Neither they made any complaint (as no any compalint no. were SMS to me)nor they resolved my grievances.I had to recharge it again on around 25th November’10 again I found recurrences of same incidence. Each time i inquired, i asked atleast stoppage of any types of ALERTS set. Still i am facing the same problem and no action were taken from your end.
