Dear Sir:

My son got Appendicitis operation on 07/06/2012 after i submitted all documents for FHPL (TPA(, LIC HEALTH INSURANCE, my claim amount is Rs.49850/-, the FHPL and LIC insurance they settle the claim of Rs.550/- only, FHPL reason is under 901 plan we can’t give the full claim settlement, What LIC saying we can’t give the major surgical benefit to the minor child, my son age is 12 years, i paid the premium of Rs.23500/- for past 2 years, now i got the claim settlement is Rs.550/- only. kindly check and give the justice. i need the whole amount what i incurred for the medical expenses for my son.
