I received your above mail, but I kindly inform you that as per policy kit freelook cancel option and also as per IRDA Rules of Online policy Term & condiction, There is min 30 days of Freelook cancelation and I am very surprise that your agent Mr. Vikas Shah is pick up only amount of Rs. 2 Lacs cheque and not any documents and also received my policy mentioned that I have already submitted all documents related policy. I declare that not a single documents given with my sign and also not declare online login form of my authorization. Against my knowledge This policy issued and misguide, I also very surpise that this policy is login online not any form fill-up system.

Sir, if your are take any action against this my request I also ready to go Consumer Forum with IRDA of chairman.

I need your reply on urgent basis and revert my money in my account as earlier as possible.

This is in reference to your letter received by us on July 7, 2012 with regards to ICICI Pru Pinnacle Super -LP policy, policy no 16703876 .

We wish to inform you that we had received the proposal for insurance from you on June 04, 2012 along with first premium deposit of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two lakhs Only). Accordingly, the policy was issued on June 19, 2012 and the policy document was dispatched to your communication address June 21, 2012.

In order to ensure transparency that the product is issued as per customer’s choice, we provide the customer with a copy of the application/ proposal form along with the policy document. If on receipt of the same, the policy holder is not agreeable to the terms and conditions, he/she has the option to cancel the policy under the free-look i.e. 15 days from the date of being in receipt of the policy document as mandated by the Insurance Regulator and Development Authority (IRDA). The same is also mentioned in the policy document delivered to you.

As per our records, we have not received any communication from you regarding cancellation or alteration of your above mentioned policy within the said free-look period, thereby implying that you agreed to the Policy terms and conditions and that the same was in consonance with the said application form.

In view of above and in keeping with the policy terms and conditions, we are unable to comply with your request.
