Whirlpool Faulty Washing Machine

Dear HelpDesk,
I had sent an email to you which is trailing below regarding my faulty washing machine. Your so called esteemed organisation didn’t have the courtesy to even acknowledge the complaint forget replying back.
Till date after purchasing the machine, we must have called your service agent’s engineer for atleast 6-7 times, of which atleast 4-5 times, the matter has been serious. Now, even today there was an engineer who visited our house to attend the washing machine and reported that there was a problem with the temperature module. The person go the report signed from me and left our house without leaving back our copy of the report.
I have been telling this to your service agent and now I spell it out here as well that I want the machine to be replaced and I want a satisfactory reply from you in this matter within 5 working days, else I will have to take a legal recourse.

Subject: Faulty Washing Machine

Dear Sir / Madam,
We have purchased a Whirlpool Top Loading Washing Machine model 700 HCHRD which has a 7 Kg capacity and a built-in heater. We purchased this machine from Croma @ Oberoi Mall, Goregaon on 12/12/2010 vide their invoice no 112877. We also purchased an extended 2 yrs warranty for the said machine.
On 06/03/2011, this machine just wouldn’t start and hence we called up the service centre. The engineer, one Mr. Omprakash Jaiswal of Shreejee Enterprises came and repaired the machine by changing the circuit boardon the operation panel. This was done free of charge (on 07/03/2011) since it was within the warranty period.
However, yesterday (04/04/2011) again the machine did not switch on and so we called up the service centre. Mr. Omprakash Jaiswal again came to check the machine today (05/04/2011) and informed that the same problem has recurred again.
I fail to understand how a washing machine of a reputed brand stops functioning within such small intervals. All other gadgets in our house are operating normally for a longer period of time.
I am not interested in getting the machine repaired time and again and request you to kindly give a new replacement for the machine.
Treat this as urgent and do the needful at the earliest. I await your prompt reply.
