We made a purchase of a H2O steam cleaner after seeing its advertisement on Television Shopping Network. We found the web site and called the provided number 75034 15327. The order was shipped promptly indicating a 2 year warranty. After using it twice, it stopped working. We looked frantically through the manual – NO ADDRESS; NO RECOURSE FOR AVAILING WARRANTY. We sent email to email address on Invoice – NO ANSWER. We checked the box – NO ADDRESS of MANUFACTURER, NO MRP, NO MARKETED BY ADDRESS. We tried calling the original number – they told us to send SMS of complaint. Done but NO REPLY as of date. We dont know whom and how to contact. Is this legal or a violation of packaging act and cheating consumer with regards to warranty. How may we get our system replaced or our money back.
