I ordered a Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 lens via timtara.com on 11th September, 2012. The supposed delivery time was 3 weeks, and despite reaching out to them multiple times after this period also, i couldn’t get the product. Hence i requested to cancel the order. However, even as of today (8th January, 2013) i haven’t yet received my amount back. I have called their customer care several times, only to receive false affirmation that the refund would happen within the next 3 days/7 days – but nothing happens.

I want the amount to be refunded, along with interest for the period of 3 months, and a penalty be levied on the company for causing mental trauma caused by calling them multiple times and for cheating the customer with false affirmations, and failure to live up to their promises.
