I have purchased some Products from bata india with a order no. as 10104132 .the net payable was Rs 1766.32 but they charged me Rs 2207.90 After repetitive reminders to them they are not heeding to my complaint which i lodged o 16 dec. 2012. Kindly do the needfull.

The economic loss was of the order of 451 but the mental harressment it put through is much more than that.
