Vodafone 3G Billing Issue

I PURCHASED VODAFONE POST PAID 3G NET PLAN OF 1250/- RUPEES WITH CREDIT LIMIT OF 2000/- ON 10TH NOVEMBER 2012.IN LESS THAN 2 MONTHS I MAKE FIRST PAYMENT OF 3000/- AND WITHIN FEW DAYS OF MAKING THIS PAYMENT MY INTERNET WAS CLOSED WHEN I ENQUIRED THEY ASKED ME TO PAY RUPPEES 10000/-(TEN THOUSAND).MY QUESTION IS WHEN MY CREDIT LIMIT IS 2000/- WHY DIDNT THEY STOP MY NET ON THIS AMOUNT AND WHY THEY ARE ASKING ME SUCH A BIG AMOUNT I WONT BE ABLE TO PAY MORE THAN 2000/-MY VODAFONE NUMBER REGARDING THIS ISSUE IS 9999725924.PLZ HELP ME.

I DONT WANT TO PAY SUCH A BIG AMOUNT AND I WANT MY NET TO BE CLOSED AT MY PRESCIBED CREDIT LIMIT BECAUSE I WONT BE ABLE TO PAY ANYTHING MORE THAN MY CREDIT LIMIT.
