have subscribed online for OUTLOOK MONEY with below mentioned details. After reminding them through various mode of communication like calling their customer support, EMAIL for non – receipt of magazine every month. No one in the company neither respond to my query or send me any of the magazine after few issues which was delivered to me in a month when I complaint. Now they are not listening to my complaint and I have not received any magazine from previous two month hence I am forced to complaint to this forum. I had paid one year advance money for 12 monthly issues of Outlook Money with following details : Subscriber’s name- Mr/Ms Raj Mangalam Transaction Ref No.: 201209251553431 Magazine:OLM(1 year) at Rs. 699 Amount Debited: Rs 699 Date of Transaction: 9/25/2012 10:15:31 PM Term: OLM(1 year) at Rs. 699 Assured Gift: Travel Waist Pouch- How can be a company take the money for not providing the services/products ? Even they are not at all listening to my request who had paid his hard earning money. At this forum I would like to file the compensation complaint against Outlook Money for not fulfilling their commitment of services on time. I request you to please help me and provide justice to my money paid for the services which I never received.

I want them to penalized for wrong commitment and non fulfillment of services at price they asked for and paid by customer. I want compensatory relief for my hard earning money wasted by Outlook India.
