I had bought a Reliance 3G connection-9681185785 for high speed.The connection was taken in the month of November 2012. However, from January 2013, the internet connection is out of order. Since I do not get much time to spend in laptop with dongle of 3G, i realised it in February 2013. I found that the dongle is out of order. I tried the dongle in several pc/laptop. I lodged the complaint to relinace customer care through email. The shop/reliance web world of Camac street from where I took the connection is now closed. I had communication with the customer care officers several times ,but no result.Now, I don’t want to pay the bill which is due on 16th March. For the last entire month I could not avail the service, why should I pay the bill? I want refund of money of Rs 1299/-for Reliance 3G for the kind of service they have offered me & harrased me in due course. The service of reliance is pathetic.
I am unable to do any kind of internet transaction which is mostly required for me.I have talked to them several times.
