I have ported my mobile phone number from Airtel to Vodafone, and Bharti Airtel is just not bothered to refund my Security Deposit of Rs 291.46. I have been following on this since Dec’2012 and all that they do is come back to me with a service request reference number and a “date of resoultion” of my service request . But no “resolution” has been given to me. The last service request number that I have been given is 48839523

I Need a refund of Rs 291.46 that Bharti Airtel owes to me.
