i bought two sandals on 30/04/13 from online store(www.bata.in) of bata at 6.45 pm.under order no 10127162.at 7.09pm of rs.498.00 including postage. i have informed customer care and cancel that order and complaint number for cancellation is 35661.also they said my money will be refunded within 5 days.from that day i am trying again and again but money not get refunded till today.now today is 20th day so i am helpless to do something so i am filing a complaint please help me in this matter.this is complete harassment by company.i have many complaint no’s regarding my tries mentioned below.35661,36304,36720,39089 &41218.please resolve this asap.

first of all i want my money back and also due to this peak of harassment i want my money with interest.so that company can never embarrass any customer who trust them and buy from them.also i want that this matter will be resolved asap
