My sales order no. is 2088065373 single bed to be delivered on 6th May not yet delivered. Many calls to customer care of hometown of no use as they say that Mr.sanjay sharma will call back. He has never called back even after more than 20 complaints to customer care. When I visited their shop sanjay sharma gave a mobile no. 9321154830 but he never picks phone or is switched off. I have paid full for the items. Item dining table was delivered but it cannot be installed as some hardware is short. Similarly office shelf is delivered with shortage. Many calls to the shop has no use as no one responds or give a clear picture when all the items will be delivered and installed. One they confirmed delivery and I took leave from my work and they did not deliver

As i wanted furniture urgently I ordered from home town. I have shifted to my house but without furniture neither I can eat nor sleep properly. This has caused serious problems for my family.

I want compensation of Rs.75,000 for causing me trouble with no sign when it will end.
