I’ve ported my mobile services (Mob no. 9673332564) from Vodafone to Idea cellular, now that my Vodafone services/contract has been terminated, I’m still not able to get Idea services as the agent was not able to verify my details, since my office has been shifted from Hinjewadi, Pune to new office in SB Road, Pune. Since, the distance between two office is around 20 kms, I informed Rajesh to request verification officer to come to my residential place for which I was confortable with as I’d not travel during my office hrs. Now, the service has been permanently disabled and I’m not able to make any outgoing calls as the verification was not done, which was not intimated to me.

I need Rs. 1,50,000/- from Idea as compensation since, this is breach of trust as the agent and Idea had informed to me at the first instance that verification needs to be done and I need to be available at my office on so and so date.
