i am using a bsnl evdo card for over an year but still i haven’t got an idea how to reach its customer care. i have been dealing with this evdo service very patiently but its enough wheres the speed gone? BSNL all promises about good internet is fake. you guys a cheater. EVDO card said it provide 1 mbps of speed(kise bewakoof bana rahe ho) i laugh with frustration when i read that on the card.if u can even provide 500kbps speed it will be enough for users. i am seriously planning to take this to the court.even when i go bsnl office i find no one its like being in bsnl job is like a party. mostly the officials they leave the office at 12 afternoon, seriously bsnl u are the worst in the world. now i understand why India is ranked 144 in the world regarding internet speed. its all abt the worst officials providing the worst services and charging double amount.
