Purchased Jaquar WC from dealer Ceratec, Ambegaon Pune in april 2013 as my bathroom was getting renovated. When it was fixed in bathroom, we found that it has leakage and reported complaint on 5th july after thorough checking of wc fixed, to helpline with complaint no. 289406. A service person named Mr. Kalammakar visited after 3 days checked and accepted that its leaking; said he will send written report to dealer and will get back after doing it so that we can have a replacement done. After 2 days he came back and said that he needs to check it again and will bring someone else from his company to do so. Since than I am waiting for them either to visit or reply but no response. I have followed up on customer care but still no response.

Can’t use bathroom and so can’t shift in my house and paying rent of 10,000 for a rented house.
