Samsung Mobile model no. GT i9070 Purchased from croma Retail – Not Working

I had purchased a samsung mobile model no. GT i9070 from Croma retail centre in Faridabad on 11th Aug 2012 via paying amount of 19500/-(invoice no.SLF02A012020036025) . I submitted my phone here in Haridwar service centre of Samsung with name of Amba Communication in Jawalapur when some technical problem were faced by me(auto rebooting, auto charging etc). They took my phone and asked me to take it after 1 week. After one week they did not respond themselves but i had to call myself about its delivery, which they said that it can be done after one week only. On 22nd june i myself went to their center and asked for my phone, i was surprised to see that my phone outer body was is damaged condition. I asked for the replacement which they initially denied but after taking in loop the Samsung Care people they agreed to change it. My complaint with Samsung care was registered with complaint no. of 8446389596. I was asked to come after one week to get my cell’s body replaced but it took approx 10 days when they finally did it, meanwhile i started to face some more technical problems like my phone was not getting heated automatically even after small usage. Whenever ear phone is plugged in it and media file are run then there is auto fluctuations of audio level. Phone is getting hanged very often. So at the time of body replacement they asked me that my cell will be rectified after changing the motherboard of cell, for which they asked another one week(when on 3rd july i approached for body change). Now when yesterday i asked again for status of motherboard arrival of my cell then their reply is that it will take approx 10-15 more days to get it at their service center.

So after my whole description of the problem you can understand that how much agony i am feeling and since 8th june when i first submitted my phone for repair; it has not rectified completely. I am not able to perform my tasks of professional work like mail and calls which i supposed to use it for after spending my hard earned money. Moreover the response from Samsung care as well as from Samsung Authorized Service centre (Amba Communication here in Haridwar)is completely irresponsible. So i am seeking your guidance to approach consumer forum for complete redressal of my complaint as Samsung india has not provided me a Quality product respite being paid the full money of their product. Now i seek replacement of my hand set as well as compensation for mentally harassment faced by me. Pls help me out in getting my rights. Regards, Aware consumer Anuj Kumar 8941850001
