I have purchased Aquagaurd infinity purifier which has stopped working. There have been no service checks within the warranty period. I have caled up their helpdesk and made a service request having complaint number 72030749. This was done on 30th June and since 15 days no one has visited for service. It was promised on the call that it would be serviced within 2-3 days.

I am not getting purifed water even after having the purifier and i am required to boil water daily for drinking purpose costing me my LPG gas usage.

I want the machine repaired as soon as possible. And since i have had no service checks from them, i want future service checks frequently.
