we had booked logistics from jamshedpur to solapur. they caused damage to : 1. exterior of washing machine 2. machine part of washing machine 3. exterior of refrigerator 4. bed side got damaged the receiving has been taken from delivery supervisor on his acceptance on the damage caused. the same thing was mailed to him same day. but there was no response rather he used to disconnect or bang down. there si no reply of mail. now he is stating that his responsibilty is over and he doesnt has to do anything with it. he is stating future generli is engaged with further course of action. as he has taken the insurance amount for logistic then why he is not paying. on asking this he bangs down.
