I have taken internet services at Mehsana , Gujarat for the period of 1 year from above mentioned company but now i don’t want this service anymore because of system breakdown since last 1 month and i m not getting any satisfactory reply from service provider. I also send a notice to refund my money but for that also they don’t give any reply to me.

Total Payment made for 1 year =6150/- (Karur Vysya Bank,Chq no.0103 dt 03/01/2013, S.L.No.409625 ) Period used : Jan to May = 5 months = 6150*5/12=2562/- Remaining period : June to Dec = 7 months=6150*7/12=3588/- work loss due to this approx Rs.5000/ Total Economic Loss= 8588/-

I want My all advance plus loss money refund due to their service problem as early as possible.
