i purchased lawa xolo x 900 mobile in January. it was creating network problem since 18 June 2013. i had called many time to customer care for complaint number they give me a complaint number ( 310000075014) on 28th June 2013. they customer care executive told mein they will repair my cell in 5 working day. but till today it was not repair. i called to customer care they put me on hold for 45 minutes. i call on other number 9958796699. when i told my problem to this number he disconnect the call. I call to Mr. Ashwani’s Number 9560394006. he did not picking the calls. after that i call to service center Mr. Aarif no. 9654275115 his number was switch off.

Just because of their irresponsible behavior I brought new extra cell. worth Rs. 4400.00 only. My office work suffering.

I just want only my repaired cell. if the company unable to repair then my money back.
