I have filled TDR application on 27th Jan 2013 but IRCTC has denied to give me the refund and gave me different answers, Details of the TDR is mentioned below, PNR Number: 2242006330 Transaction ID: 0608133759 Date Of Journey: 27/1/2013 Booked On: 14-12-2012 Total: Rs 938.00 Train No: 12302 From Station: NEW DELHI(NDLS) To Station: KANPUR CENTRAL(CNB) Passenger Details: 1. R P Mishra 2. Kamlesh Mishra TDR Details: Reason For TDR: Passenger Not Travelled. Reference No: ekt2013012706859799 TDR Zone: ER TDR Filing Date: 27-Jan-2013 After being several followups, I got below information, 1st rply – On 29-Mar-2013, at 15:18, tdrprocess@irctc.co.in wrote: REGRET Dear Customer, With Reference to your PNR No:8415415513, we regret to inform you that refund is not admissible as informed by Railways through their letter no : C508/2013/OL-RGRT/28.03.13/SWR and the reason being : Claim received under your letter No. IRCTC/SZ/ERTD/FE/8 dt. 17.02.2013, pertains to the year 2009-2012.
