On behalf of our credit card we received an offer to subscribe for membership that included holiday vouchers, dining vouchers, gift and other services.I accepted to the offer and paid Rs. 6999/- for the same. Against this I received my membership number 7719 0712 0713 from Chutti pe Chutti (a product of Platinum Circle) and a parcel containing the vouchers,gifts etc. The parcel also contained a list of hotel/resorts where booking can be done as a member. Of that I selected and provided options to be booked. In response of my request I was offered a resort which was no where in the list of hotels provided in the parcel. When I questioned the company about this first forced me to take only the hotel they were offering and then lately they stopped responding to my emails. Initially we were following up with Chutti pe Chutti but finally they said that we have nothing to do with the matter, and I should deal with Platinum Circle for the above.

I demand that I be paid back the membership fee I paid along with the due interest. Also I need compensation for mental harassment which The Core team finds appropriate in the above matter.
