BSNL Punjab,NON DELIVERY OF BILL AND DISCONNECTION OF PHONE

I am facing problem with billing of BSNL landline bill for a long time. The bills are not delivered at home for the past one year. SOme how I arranged to get the bills and paid them. Recently they started sending the bill through email but that too was not regular. To my amazement the authorities dint give me any reminder about my May 2013 bill and it slipped from my mind, they disconnected my phone on 14 July without even informing me, due to which I was put to a lot of harrasement. THere was no redressal. I called up an official on mobile and he abruptly disconnected the phone.

I have to do a lot of study work on internet. Due to disconnection I was put to inconvenince for almost 8 Hours. No one at BSNL listens. Being a SARKARI unit KOI SUNWAI NAHI HAI.

I want regular delivery of bill at my door step as it used to happen previously. I want a written apology as my phone was disconnected without checking my previous record of more that past 13 years.
