Hindustan Unilever,Brand’s refusal to replace a defective water purifier.

I bought a classic compact 14 L water purifier on July 19, 2013. During the first use, water started leaking from the lower sides of the bottom chamber. I immediately raised a complaint. A technician visited my house on July 20th, diagnosed the issue and mentioned that the installation was not done properly.He reinstalled the device and assured me that the issue would not recur. Unfortunately, water still leaks and my attempts to get the product replaced have failed.

I have paid Rs. 1400 towards the cost of the product.

I want a replacement of the product.
