Philips,29 inches TV set spare parts not available in philips service center

I have purchased a 29 inches Philips TV set in 2005/2006. The set was giving problems and so I lodged a complaint with Philips Service Centre vide No. PGZB2706130041 on June 27, 2013. The technician visited my place and collected Rs.450/- as service charges for the same with a promise that he wouls return in 2-3 days time and replace the defective parts. Now the company is claiming that it does not have the requisite spare parts and the TV set is irrepairable.

I have sent out at least 12 email communications to the company requesting for repair. However teh company is yet to repair the TV set.

Either repair of the TV set or free replacement of the TV set with another set of similar make.
