I Purchased one Trouser online thru www.100bestbuy.com on 7th July. Nearly 15 days have been lapsed but the product is still not received. I enquired the company and got the reply that the product is out of order and shall be shipped soon. Order No is 23161195. The Track of the same is not available at their website.

I requested to refund me the money but no action till date has been taken by the company.

I want the Rs 1400/- back in case the product is not available.
