For over 45 days now, our landline no 23433191 has been dead. Irrespective of repeated complaints it is not functioning. In our house, we are three senior citizens, all over 70 years old, not very mobile and we find it extremely difficult to deal with outsiders, especially the govt departments, who do not bother to even respond. At our age over 70 years, we need the phone very badly but somehow, nothing is happening though we have been complaining again and again. In case of a medical emergency, we will be in trouble since we can’t even call a doctor or an ambulance. Please help us
