Reliance Telecomm – GSM TOWER failed to provide signal during this period of POWER CUT/LOAD_SHEDDING

My name is SUBHAJIT BAG, My RELIANCE GSM MOBILE NO IS-9477421646.In my locality there is a RELIANCE GSM TOWER within 800 mt from my house. It used to provide good signal. But whenever POWER CUT/LOAD_SHEDDING happens in our locality then said RELIANCE GSM TOWER failed to provide signal during this period of POWER CUT/LOAD_SHEDDING.So total service of this Reliance tower ( i.e no netwark, call drop,internet service etc) stop in this period. This is the problem of last two(2) years.local security and the supervisor of this RELIANCE GSM TOWER told that there is no power back up system and existing generator failed power back up ant it dose not work. Last year I have complained in THIS PG PORTAL. After that I received 3 calls from RELIANCE AUTHORITY,they told me that they must solve the problem with in 15 days. But till now (More than 1 year) the problem remain same. No step taken by either RELIANCE AUTHORITY or PG PORTAL SERVICE. What to do?
