Please refer my grievance lodged with PGPortal on Telecommuication department vide docket DOTEL/E/2012/24554 dated 17 Nov 12 and DOTEL/E/2012/25688 dated 30 Nov 12 and DOTEL/E/2012/26823 dated 13 Dec 12. The closure of complaint DOTEL/E/2012/26823 with out revealing facts on my reminder/clarification lodged in the PGportal webpage, is hurting me. I have responded to AIRTELs reply of 13/22 Dec 2012 with evidences of my complaints and as well as recorded in the PGportal webpage as a second reminder. Copy of PDF file is attached herewith. The closure of my case by DoT based on AIRTELs 13/22 Dec 2012 email is not understood. My complaint is pending since 24 Sep 2012 and no solution provided by AIRTEL to my billing related complaint . The issue is serious, I am ready take call under RTI act as my previous complaints also closed by DoT blindfolded.
