I came to know that BSNL offered a 3G data plan service for Rs 362(2.5 GB for 30 days), Rs 227(1.25 GB for 30 days) and I tried to activate those plans. When I messaged their service 53733 with the prescribed format (DATA362), I got a response saying “This option is closed. Available options are:” This was followed by a list of services available and the plan DATA362 was visible in that. But they wouldnt activate the plan. I also tried the same with the plan DATA227 but the same thing happened. Then eventually I thought they increased the rate to Rs 252, since this was another option provided in the list. So I recharged for this amount. But to my surprise, I got only 1000MB of data for 30 days when a lesser amount Rs 227 recharge provided 1250MB of data. I tried calling their customer care but after numerous tries, I am still not able to get in touch with any of their representatives. I really wanted the DATA 362 plan but it was not provided. Can you please help me to deactivate the current plan and activate the Rs 362 plan. Hoping for a positive response.
