i am a dental surgeon and own a dental care centre in jalandhar. I was approached by an executive, chander mohan, of tumhara hamara fayada company for advertizing packages. we were given a package which included: 1. our firm will remain registered in company’s website for 1 year 2. our firm’s joint advertisement will continue in newpapersthrough pamphlets twice a month 3. individual road shows will be held in our area once a month for 1 year 4. individual canopies will be situated in our area twice a monthfor 1 year 5. Our company ad will continue via sms for 1 year i have a written agreement for all this duly signed by the company people. I have paid rupees 21000 to this company, i would have earned atleast 5 lakhs if they would have done the ad campaign properly. so i want a compensation of rupees 5 lakhs for my economic n physical damage.
