its rakesh jangir, & i belong to sikar distt. and i working in Jaipur. i purchased a vodafone postpaid number on 7/5/2013. number is 9982232144. i filled sim registration form self with right address and pin number,but company mentioned wrong pin & address. vodafone activated my number on 21/05/2013.after 14 days. a executive of company came to my home to verify my address he found all right. but he note down my wrong address. so that i didn’t get any bill of my uses. i aware to costumer care number on 111 before about 30 days that i didn’t get any bill of my number just time i said to costumer care please active my e bill service so that i can see that easily and can pay easily. he replied that i set it manually sir don’t worry next time you will receive your bill on your email id. then i said thanks and disconnect call. at last i didn’t get any bill on address or on my mail yet, during this period i call to customer care about 2-3 times that send me my bill so that i can payment. otherwise i cant pay you late charge after bill date. they didn’t send my my bill. and now before 2-3 days they suspend my number. please help me rakesh jangir
i need back my money. i don’t want this vodafone service. but i want to keep my number its poor service.
