My prepaid no 9608899777, last month my number migrated from postpaid to prepaid. At the time of migration Dues amount is 832.52 but I will pay 870, before 15 days my main balance go to –negative Rs 221. In that duration lot of complain thru customer care, reliance web world and on line chat. But my problem not resolved. Please find complain no 205513017, 205263677

My Consequences is Rs-50,000, in this duration I am mentally and physically harassed. 15 to 20 hrs times expand in customer complaint through call to customer care, six time visit reliance web world; I will expand more then 5 to 6 hrs on line chat with reliance customer complaint.

i need Consequences at least is Rs-50,000.
