Eureka Forbes – Complaint regarding faulty water purifier.

Ref:- Customer ID : 1009602229 Invoice No. 1032102392 dt 16.07.2012. Sub: Complaint regarding faulty water purifier. With reference to the above mentioned Invoice, I had purchased an Eureka Forbes, water purifier Aquaguard Duo model product in the month of July’13 after listening about the product from nearby places. I thought Aquaguard is a good brand & will get a good product in return of my huge amount of expenditure, but I didn’t know that I would have a very bad experience & repent later on for my money. Since the date of installation, I have been facing continuous problems with the instrument. After every 15-20 days the instrument stops filling water & other process doesn’t happen. After 4-5 times calling the call centre, they send people only after 3 days, you tell me, and how is it acceptable?? After spending so much, people living without drinking water for 3 days. The person checks the instruments & it starts filling water, but not regularly, only temporally it is done & again after 20 days the same problem happens again. This has been continuing till date & I ‘m really perturbed with the situation. Please check in your records about my requests & complains, even today I have put a complaint & nobody has come, last week also I had complaint, but nobody responded. I’m totally unsatisfied with the product & your service. You tell me after spending Rs.17000/- & if my house is without drinking water, then what is the point of spending so much for water purification systems. Every time I have to keep on repeatedly calling your call centre & ask your representative to send person at home. Then after repeated complains & follow up , your person who came to rectify the usual problem told me to put an additional filter who will help in cleaning the water & restore into the system for further purification process for a cost of extra Rs.1000/- apart from already paid Rs.16990/- . Still I agreed to pay Rs. 1000/- extra so that the problem could be rectified for ever & my family don’t have to suffer any further. But I’m sorry to say that even the additional filter didn’t help to solve the problem & only after 20 days the same problem started happening. I’m not even 1% satisfied with your product & after sales service. Have you people opened an organisation only to cheat & miss –guide your customers & demand only money or to provide good quality product & better services. I just don’t understand about your company’s working system. You people don’t send the original Invoice copy after 6 months of purchase / delivery, after repeated requests & complaints; I have received the bill in the month of Apr.13.
