Sir,yesterday Aicel company cut my balance 49 & activated a SMS pack with out my permission.Then i mailled to their customer care,they said that”as per our system validation we have found that you have activated INR 49 SMS pack on 07-08-2013 against the mentioned Aircel number through USSD process”.But i do not activate any SMS,not dial any code.I do not get any activated message for this.If i activated this SMS pack then why i complaint them??????So,i want back my balance.Thanks
