I have subscribed to a policy from Aviva Life Insurance. On 3 march but i did not get my policy bond till 2 month .and when i ask company about my policy the company said it was received by me .and when i ask company to show me receiving when i received. The company didn’t reply and surprisingly send me a duplicate policy which is not applicable for free look period. Now company is ignoring my case i have lodge this case to their complaints also but they didn’t reply satisfactory. I request you kindly suggest and do needful so i can get my money back.
