I, Vikas kapur, R/o, #1219, Sector-21-b, Chd, had taken one policy (780298592) from the said company on 05/06/2010 through its Panchkula based dealer (shree ganesh Corp. Services). I was told that you have to pay three installments of Rs.20000/- annually & there will be guaranteed returns of 15%. First installment was paid at the time of insurance & 2nd installment was paid by me through netbanking on 4th Jun 2011, after that I got one statement showing market value of the fund Rs. 18723/-.

After that I contacted @ call center no. 18002005577, after so many calls I was unable to connect with the company. Then I do the email to the concerned helpdesk on 7th Jun 2011 & on 8th jun I got one call from the said co. She explained that everything is mentioned in the policy document about the charges that 100% allocation charges of the 1st premium paid will be lost or adjusted as allocation charges ( that was never told by agent).

Then I told her that I wasn’t explained about the said charges that my hardly earned money i.e. Rs.20000/- will be gone in one year & now when I had paid Rs.40000/- (till date) but in the statement of my policy fund value is only Rs.18723/-.

When I told the called lady that I am not satisfied with your company & I ‘ll sue the company for misrepresentation either by the agent or company itself, then she told me that you are most welcome to do any thing you want but we can’t help you out.

After that I searched the internet reg. complaints of max newyork, I got idea of obudsman deptt. Only you can help me out & I don’t want to loose my hardly earned money in such a kind of insurance frauds, who just want to fool consumer & increase their business. Such kind of pick poketers becomes multimillionaires with our hardly earned money & we can’t do any thing except harassment. I want to teach them a lesson by suing heavily.
