dear sir, i have purchased a insurance policy of aviva life insurance company from indusind bank ltd bareily (u.p)having policy no REG 1774640having premium of Rs. 46000; on date 6 December 2007. Executive Mr Rachit Mehrotra told me that it is a policy in which you have to deposit single premium only and get your amount with growth after 3 years now aviva denying all his commitments and trying to cheat me financially please help me to settle this issue.

I request Aviva Life insurance Ombudsman and the IndusInd Bank Manager to Kindly look into the issue and settle it as soon as possible or will raise the complaint with IRDA.
