builder has taken maintainance charges in advance rs , even though he is not giving maintainence service , everywhere garbage , leakage issues due to substandard construction (no cement plastering done from inside ) , no electrical work done properly ,lift not working all substandard material is used for door & bathroom , i request you for structural audit , everyone staying in royal palms has same complaint but people are not aware of consumer forum or negligent ,hence i request to register my complaint

maintanence of buildings properly , reconstruct the walls from inside & outside with proper plastering so that walls are not showing any leakage .
