i had booked a ticket for kolkata to ranchi, mahalaxmi travels from redbus.in, but when i contact to the office they told me that the service has been closed and the rupees 500/- has been already debited from my account. Now they refusing to refund the same amount at present and saying it will be refunded within seven days. My journey date is 14/08/2013 and returing date 15/08/2013. How can i belive they’ll refund my money after the expiry date because they are not issuing me any kind of credit not. Details of ticket are given below.
