I have purchased reliance wired broadband thunder 549 plan for 6 months validity including installation, advance rental & service tax for Rs. 3762/- paid via cheque no – 514636 , from my hdfc bank account. My CAF no is – 17800033157284. & I have also provided the required documents. The So called sales associate / executive Mr. Hiren Purani – 08487893500 & Mr. Motilal Chipra – 8000603729 has sold me the connection by telling me that reliance services are available at my premises and the installation will be done by maximum 5 days. After that the cheque amount was debited from my account on 31-8-2013. I had called Mr. Motilal Chipra atleast 4-5 times from last monday and now he is telling me that there is requirement for access cabling to provide me the connection and that will not be possible and he also told me that they will done the refund process and provide me the money back. But Still After so many days have passed I haave not received my refund nor the executives are answering my calls.
I feel very Cheated By this kind of behaviour by the company officials and i have also emailed several times to the reliance authorities yet i haven’t received any revert or reply, I am constantly doing follow up with them but i am not getting any satisfactory answers. I request you to help me immediately to provide my money refund at earliest basis. I request you to help me in the issue and solve my problem at most earliest basis. Awaiting For your earliest reply,
