I bought bajaj CX8 gas stove from snapdeal. From the first day I found it is having problem with bigger burner. It is leaking or making some sound. Sometime the fire spreads in the whole burner. I am complaining about this for the past 2 months. everyday I call but no one listens. Customer care says we are esclating the issue but still it is not resolved. None of the technician even visited.

I want to replace the model. Plus, I am frustrated for the past 2 months. spending my money daily for calling customer care so some financial compensation as well.
